How do test requests work?

Choose Buy or Sell, select an asset and network, review the indicative estimate, and submit a test request. You can follow its status under My requests. No funds move.

Which assets and networks can I select?

USDT: Ethereum, Tron and Solana. USDC: Ethereum, Solana, Polygon and Base. These are test-request options, not active deposit networks.

Does a valid address prove wallet ownership?

No. Format and checksum checks detect some errors. They do not prove ownership, activation or successful delivery. Ethereum, Base and Polygon share address formats; confirm your receiving network.

How can I contact support?

Sign in and open Support to create a ticket and read replies. There is no response-time guarantee or connected email alert service in this development environment.

How do I test identity verification?

Sign in and open Verify identity. Use invented details and synthetic sample images only. For a passport, provide the sample photo page and a synthetic selfie holding the same sample passport. For a photo ID, provide front, back and a synthetic selfie holding the same sample ID. JPEG or PNG, maximum 5 MB per image.

If changes are requested, read the feedback under Verify identity and create a replacement test submission. In-app notifications appear in your account; KYC email alerts are not connected. Test review completion does not verify real identity or enable trading.

Interac e-Transfer

We accept Interac e-Transfer for CAD payments. Payment collection on this development site is not active. Do not send funds; wait for verified payment instructions after your request has been reviewed.
