Development environment

The account service stores your email and profile name. Saved wallet references, test requests and support messages are stored through Supabase. Cloudflare serves the website. Session credentials are stored by the account SDK in your browser.

Protect your information

Do not enter identity documents, banking details, recovery phrases or private keys. Use Support for questions about your account or data. Retention periods and a complete reviewed privacy policy must be established before production.

KYC test uploads and review records

The Verify identity test workflow stores invented names, selected countries, sample document types, synthetic images, submission status and review history in Supabase. Images use a private test bucket. Administrators must verify with MFA to access them. Customers can see their own status and customer-facing feedback; private review notes are restricted to administrators.

Image-quality checks run locally in your browser and do not authenticate an ID or match faces. Do not upload real identity documents or real selfies. Automated retention and deletion are not configured; contact Support to request cleanup of test data. A production privacy policy and retention schedule must be established before collecting real identity information.
